These include a variety of <br /> educational as well as community outreach <br /> activities. Because these activities will provide <br /> an increased awareness of government operations , it <br /> is recommended that Orange County proclaim the week <br /> of April 16-23, 1994 as County Government Week" . A <br /> draft proclamation is provided as Attachment II . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: The Manager recommends the Board adopt the <br /> proclamation and endorse planned activities . <br />
