Are there thoughts of what type and number of the Affordable <br />Housing units would be suggested on the remaining Affordable <br />Housing tract? <br />f. COMMUNITY TASK FORCE <br />The Rogers Road Task Force supported the idea by task force resolution <br />of a school and park as part of the Affordable Housing tract area at the <br />end of Purefoy Road by passing a task force resolution. <br />Possible Steps for Consideration <br />1. Receive report on 4/8/2008 during Work Session in anticipation of <br />jurisdictions receiving report on 4/29/08. <br />2. Amendments to Solid Waste Inter Local Agreement drafted and <br />approved by the three boards to provide for non-solid waste uses on <br />the Gounty's 60-acres <br />3. The Greene Tract Concept Plan map from 2002 is amended and <br />adopted by the three boards <br />4. A revised repayment schedule reflecting proportional shares of the <br />County's 60-acres is created and agreed to by the three boards <br />5. Conservation easements executed, and other activities on site proceed <br />Note: Steps 3, 4, and 5 could be concurrent. <br />
