The official campaign will run from <br /> January 1994 through December 1995 with the opening announcement in April 1994. <br /> This opening announcement will be the commencement of the Grassroots portion of the <br /> campaign. The purchase agreement expires April 1995. <br /> The campaign strategy was brought before the Major Campaign Review Board(MCRB) <br /> on 19 January 1994. The campaign has been reviewed and scheduled. <br /> Contributions are being solicited on an individual basis by the members of the Advisory <br /> Council.
