Adhere to the design standards applicable within Economic Development Districts as <br /> /�eU/5%OfLS set forth in Article 829 of this ordinance; <br /> and which propose a design solution which is equal to or better than could be obtained <br /> through the application of the criteria and standards contained in the Design Manual. <br /> (The last sentence beginning"and which..." was added following discussions with the County <br /> Attorney to clarify that failure to adhere to criteria and standards, and/or address agency <br /> comments is not sufficient grounds alone for application acceptance and consideration.) <br /> In such cases, application for and approval of a Planned Development District shall be <br /> governed by the general and specific standards and procedures for the issuance of a Planned <br /> Development Permit as set forth in this Article. <br /> 6. Amend Article 22 - Definitions by adding a definition of"Economic Development Activity Node" to read as <br /> follows: <br /> Economic Development Acdvitr Nook - Land in Trwznhm areas of the County which has been <br /> specifically targeted for economic development activity consisting of light industrial, <br /> distribution, fleas space, off ice, and service/retail uses. Such areas are located adjacent to <br /> interstate and major arterial highways,and subject to special design criteria and performance <br /> standards.
