A statement shall <br />be submitted by the applicant stating how the proposed tower will <br />minimize visual intrusiveness to surrounding properties in the area. <br />Criteria that may be used for such evidence may be height. and type of <br />existing trees surrounding the proposed tower, and local. topography. <br />c) A statement shall be submitted, prepared by 'a professional engineer <br />licensed in the State of North Carolina, which through rational engineering <br />analysis, certifies the tower's compliance with applicable standards as set <br />forth in the State of North Carolina Building Code, and any associated <br />regulations; and describes the tower's capacity, including an example of <br />the number and type of antennas it can accommodate. <br />d) Applicants shall provide at time of application submittal: <br />1) the existing cell sites (latitude, longitude, power levels) to which <br />this proposed site will be a handoff candidate; <br />
