Please treat <br /> this letter as an amendment to the application filed on August 5, <br /> 1991. <br /> The "Specific Data" section of the application should be <br /> amended to show the following: <br /> Township Tax Map/Block/Lot <br /> Bingham 28. .8A (approximately 5 acres) <br /> 28. .9B <br /> 28. .9C <br /> 28. .9E <br /> Chapel Hill 112. .31A <br /> The total acreage is 207. 64 and the total square footage is <br /> 9, 044, 798.44. The project has a total frontage on N. C. 54 of <br /> 2, 240 feet with a frontage on S. R. 1104 of 3 , 600 feet on the <br /> west side and 2,920 feet on the east side. <br /> Under the "Request" section of the application, the Land Use <br /> Plan Category Designations requested should be amended to add <br /> "Extractive Use" to the Rural Industrial Activity Node already <br /> requested. I understand this is necessary for the purpose of <br /> amending the Joint Planning Area Land Use Plan. <br /> I have attached a revised legal description which takes the <br /> revised tax map designations into account. Please note that the <br /> description for TM 6.28. .8A includes only that portion of the lot <br /> which will be part of the project. <br />
