ANALYSIS of Buckhom Village application <br />Per Section 7.5.4 of the Orange County Zoning Ordinance (hereafter `the Ordinance'), please <br />accept the following document as report and analysis of the Planned Development application, <br />submitted by Buckhorn. Road Associates LLC, proposing to develop a unified commercial center <br />on several parcels of property within the Interstate 85lBuckhorn Road Economic Development <br />District. <br />This assessment shall be broken down intro the following sections: <br />• Background of the project, <br />• Application submittal and review, <br />• Staff assessment and findings on the appropriateness of the project per Section 7.5.4 of <br />the Ordinance, and <br />• Review/Assessment on requested waivers/modifications to existing development <br />regulations as outlined within the application. <br />
