Attachement 4 9 <br />procedures for the issuance of a Planned Development Permit as set forth in this <br />Article. <br />Staff also informed the applicant that it would be required to obtain a Class A Special Use Permit <br />for the proposed project in accordance with Section 7.2.5 and Article Eight (8) Special Uses of <br />the Ordinance. In reviewing the various provisions of Article Eight (8), staff reviewed the <br />specific submittal and review requirements for ali Special Use applications as well as the specific <br />standards governing the review of Planned Development projects outlined within Section 8.8.23 <br />Planned Developments that reads as follows: <br />8.8.23.1 Additionallnformation <br />In addition to the information required in Subsections 8.2 and 8.8, <br />information shall be supplied as part of the application as per <br />applicable requirements of Article 7. <br />8.8.23.2 Standards of Evaluation <br />The standards of evaluation shall be as per applicable sections of <br />Article 7. <br />APPLICATION SUBMTTAL AND REVIEW: <br />On December 21, 2007 the applicant submitted the appropriate applications proposing the <br />development of a Planned Development (hereafter `PD/SUP') on the flea market property. The <br />applicant submitted two (2) applications requesting the following: <br />1. The REVIEW a petition to rezone the property from I-85/Buckhorn Road Economic <br />Development to Buckhorn Village Planned Development -Economic Development <br />District (BVPD-ED) AND <br />2. The REVIEW of a Class A Special Use Permit proposing the development of a Planned <br />Development commercial center .on the property. <br />The application contained the following information: <br />A detailed .proposal outlining the overall development of the property including a <br />description of: <br />a. The proposed land uses, <br />b. Open space management plan, <br />c. Utility plan, <br />d: Transportation plan, and <br />e. Development theme for each individual development district <br />
