3 <br /> TOWNSHIP ADVISORY COUNCIL QUESTIONNAIRE <br /> SUMMARY OF RESPONSES <br /> THE QUESTIONNAIRE On March 15, 1993, the Township Advisory Council <br /> questionnaire was sent out to each of the 54 current TAC members (For a copy of <br /> the questionnaire, see the first attachment to this document.). To encourage TAC <br /> members to return the survey, a self-addressed, stamped envelop was included <br /> with the questionnaire. The members were asked to respond by March 31 , 1993. <br /> The Planning Department waited until April 13th to compile the results (For a <br /> detailed summary of the TAC member responses, see the second attachment to <br /> this document.). <br /> TAC RESPONSE Of the 54 questionnaires sent out, 24 were returned by the <br /> deadline. This is a 44.4% response rate. Four members <br /> could not remember when they were appointed (but knew they had been members <br /> "for a long time.") <br />
