51 <br /> DRAFT <br /> EXCERPT FROM PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> FEBRUARY 21, 1994 <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Bill Waddell (Chair) , Karen Barrows, Virginia <br /> Boland, Clint Burklin, Carol Cantrell (7:45) , Betty <br /> Eidenier (9:00) , Jean Hamilton, Paul Hoecke, Joan <br /> Jobsis, Larry Reid ( 7 :50) , Elizabeth Walters. <br /> MEMBERS ABSENT: Kent Scott (excused) . <br /> STAFF PRESENT: Marvin Collins, Mary Willis, Joanna Bradshaw. <br /> AGENDA ITEM #10: PLANNING BOARD ITEMS <br /> a. Economic Development Districts Proposal <br /> Presentation by Marvin Collins. <br /> (The abstract is an attachment to these minutes on <br /> pages . The complete abstract and attachments <br /> are on file in the Planning Department. ) <br /> Collins began by noting that, at its February 1 <br /> meeting, the Board of Commissioners referred a <br /> number of items to the Planning Board for its <br /> consideration. He indicated he would go through the <br /> list of considerations after answering any general <br /> questions or concerns that the Planning Board may <br /> have. <br /> Cantrell suggested that, in the future, revisions to <br /> the Design Manual be number in order to assure <br /> proper insertion into individual's copies. Collins <br /> responded that any revision sheets from this point <br /> forward will be numbered and dated. He continued <br /> that the next revision should be the finished copy. <br /> Waddell suggested that a complete and correct copy <br /> be provided for the Planning Board and Board of <br /> Commissioners. <br /> Reid asked about changes once the document was <br /> completed noting that some questions asked by <br /> Commissioners seemed to indicate it was felt the <br /> document would be "set in stone" , particularly those <br /> items listed in the Permitted Use Table.
