Lend Use Plan <br /> According to the December 5 80CC agenda packet, 'the Board of <br /> Commissioners asked that specific parcels be identified for prs-aonl,g <br /> economic deyelopment purposes In a manner consistent with the <br /> Orange County Land Use Plan.' <br /> A. Existing Nodes. In the current Cramp County Lend Use Plan, <br /> commercial - industrial nodes exist in the IWOUCkhem Road area and in <br /> the 1115/U570 area. There is no existing node in the 140/01de6 area (anti <br /> only a smell percentage of transition area), so the ED node in this area is <br /> not consistent with our current Land Use Plan. <br /> 0. Criteria for Loestion of ACtivity Nodes. The "locational criteria' <br /> for commercial- industrial transition activity nodes' and for *commercial <br /> transition activity nodes' differ from the Tocational criteria for 'economic <br /> development activity nodes (transition areasY in syatemottc ways.
