Co-sponsor a reception honoring Orange County women who have <br /> been first in a significant area of achievement on Sunday, <br /> March 20, from 3: 30 - 5: 00 p.m. at the County Government <br /> Services Center, with Orange County Extension Homemakers <br /> Association, Orange County Human Relations Commission, Orange <br /> County Rape Crisis Center, Orange County Women' s Center, <br /> Orange/Durham Coalition for Battered Women. <br /> 4. Develop a Speakers' Bureau featuring women "firsts" who were <br /> identified and honored in 1993.
