The utilities are depicted on the <br />attached Site Lighting Utility Plan Engineered Drawing. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact associated with the dedication of site lighting <br />lines to Duke Power. However, there will be monthly fees associated with the lighting at the <br />completion of the park. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve the dedication of <br />these utilities to Duke Power as presented, and to authorize the Chair to sign on behalf of the <br />Board. <br />
