Assist OCHD Project Team with Qualitative Data Gap Analysis Planning <br /> a. Provide feedback on focus group and interview guides developed by OCHD project team <br /> b. Assist OCHD project team with logistics and participant recruitment planning for FGs <br /> and interviews <br /> c. Attend a total of approximately 5-6 team/zone meetings from January to March 2015 to <br /> dialogue and plan with OCHD project team and zone stakeholders <br /> Estimated time: 15 hours <br /> 2. Conduct 1.5 hour training for Zone Partnerships on basic qualitative data collection skills <br /> a. Prepare materials and deliver 1.5 hour training to select zone community members to <br /> equip them with basic skills necessary to conduct individual interviews with community <br /> members and project stakeholders <br /> Estimated time: 4 hours <br /> 3. Conduct Primary Qualitative Data Collection <br /> a. Conduct focus groups (2 hours each)with identified priority populations in 2 pilot zones. <br /> The exact number of focus groups will be determined in consultation with the OCHD <br /> project team and stakeholders with the 2 pilot zones. <br /> b. Conduct individual interviews with identified community and project stakeholders.The <br /> exact number of interviews will be determined in consultation with the OCHD project <br /> team and stakeholders with the 2 pilot zones. <br /> Estimated time: 16 hours <br /> 4. Conduct Data Analysis of Qualitative Data Collected <br /> a. Analyze field notes from interviews and focus groups conducted by consultant and <br /> stakeholders <br /> Estimated time: 10 hours <br /> 5. Provide a Report of Key Findings to Stakeholders <br /> a. Report key findings from focus groups and interviews to 2 pilot zones <br /> b. Provide written final report of key findings to OCHD project team by March 30, 2015 and <br /> to FSA Council by April 31St, 2015. <br /> Estimated Time: 30 hours <br /> OCHD Project Team will: <br /> 1. Serve as a liaison between Provider and community, zone, and project stakeholders <br />
