This project involved extensive traffic modeling, conceptual <br /> design, and public Involvement. <br /> Village of Flat Rock Master Growth Plan, Flat Rock, NC (2004) - Project <br /> designer responsible for the traffic data collection, traffic projections, intersection j <br /> analysis, and a parking accumulation study for the transportation component of <br /> the Master Growth Plan. Synch ro/S I MTRAFFI C traffic model was used to visually <br /> present the transportation plan alternatives for the village center at the public <br /> information meetings. Other services provided include traffic data collection, <br /> conceptual roadway widening design development, traffic calming design <br /> concepts, prioritization and implementation strategies, and cost estimating. <br /> PROEJCT EXPERIENCE — ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES: <br /> River Arts District Transportation Project-a Section of the Wilma Dykeman <br /> Riverway, Asheville, NC (2012-2013)— Mr. Letchworth provided traffic <br /> forecasting and analysis and played a major role in the public involvement efforts <br /> as part of a team preparing an EA/FONSI and preliminary engineering designs a <br /> 2.2 mile section of roadway that includes portions of Riverside Drive and all of <br /> Lyman Street. The project also includes an extensive and comprehensive public <br /> involvement program. <br /> R-4707 U.S. 29/Eckerson Road Interchange Reconstruction, Greensboro, <br /> NC (2003-2009) - Project designer participating in the NEPA environmental <br /> documentation, preliminary design, traffic analysis, and public involvement <br /> process for the reconstruction of the U.S. 29/Eckerson Road interchange. <br /> Carey Road Environmental Constraints Analysis, Kinston, NC (2007)— <br /> Project manager responsible for performing an Environmental Constraints <br /> Analysis for extension of Carey Road in Kinston.
