This project involved extensive traffic modeling, conceptual <br /> design, and public Involvement. <br /> Village of Flat Rock Master Growth Plan, Flat Rock, NC (2004) - Project <br /> designer responsible for the traffic data collection, traffic projections, intersection j <br /> analysis, and a parking accumulation study for the transportation component of <br /> the Master Growth Plan. Synch ro/S I MTRAFFI C traffic model was used to visually <br /> present the transportation plan alternatives for the village center at the public <br /> information meetings.
