Services included public meetings, <br /> preliminary design, right-of-way plans, and final design. <br /> U-4428 U.S. 64 Widening, Hendersonville, North Carolina (2004 — 2005): Mr. Snow <br /> served as the project manager on this project.The project involved traffic data collection, <br /> traffic operational analysis, Synch ro/S I MTRAFFIC simulation modeling, and alternatives <br /> evaluation for the proposed improvements to U.S. 64 from Blythe Street to U.S. 25. The <br /> alternatives studied include widening of U.S. 64 to a 3-lane facility and an unbalanced <br /> couplet with Fifth Street.This project also included an environmental screening,functional <br /> designs, surveying, public involvement process, and report preparation. Final design <br /> plans were developed for the preferred alternative. Final designs included roadway <br /> design, drainage design, erosion and sedimentation plans, and signing and pavement <br /> marking plans. <br /> Carl Winner Drive Widening, Carolina Beach,North Carolina(2008—2009): Mr. Snow <br /> served as Project Manager for widening of Carl Winner Drive from Canal Drive to US 421. <br /> The designs included roadway widening plans, drainage design, sidewalks, signing, <br /> pavement marking plans, and traffic control plans. <br /> Burke Mill Road Realignment, Winston-Salem, North Carolina (2003 — 2006): Mr. <br /> Snow served as the principal-in-charge on this project.The project consisted of relocating <br /> the existing road from U.S. 158 to east of Griffith Street. Typical section varied from three <br /> lanes to a 5-lane curb and gutter section. Final design included two traffic signals and a <br /> Norfolk Southern Railroad Crossing. <br /> U.S. 15-501 Improvements, Durham County, North Carolina (2002): This project <br /> consisted of widening the existing U.S. 15-501 business including <br /> acceleration/deceleration lanes and a new leftover at Weymouth Street in Division Five. <br /> i <br /> Pro'ect Experience-Traffic Impact Studies <br /> Project Manager or Project Engineer, Traffic Impact Studies, Various Locations, <br /> North Carolina, South Carolina, Hawaii (1994-2014): Mr. Snow served as either the <br /> project manager or project engineer for more than 500 traffic impact studies for varied <br /> developments ranging from small apartment complexes to major multiuse, phased <br /> developments with millions of square feet of commercial and industrial space and <br /> thousands of dwelling units. As part of these studies,Mr. Snow has performed intersection <br /> analysis using Highway Capacity Software, Synchro, and SimTraffic.
