<br />c. Property Tax Refunds <br />The Board will consider adoption of a refund resolution related to one (1) request for property tax refund in <br />accordance with N. C. General Statute 105-381. <br />d. Property Tax Releases <br />The Board will consider adoption of a resolution to release property vahies related to four (4) requests for <br />property tax release in accordance with N.C. General Statute 105-381. <br />e. Property Value Changes <br />The Board will consider approving value changes made in property values after the 2007 Board of <br />Equalization and Revier~~ has adjourned. <br />f. Applications for Property Tax Exemption/Exclusion <br />The Board will consider t«~o (2) untimely applications for exemption/exclusion fiom ad valorem taxation for <br />the 2007 tax year. <br />g. Renewal of Consolidated Agreement Between Health Department and NC Department of Health <br />and Human Services <br />The Board will consider approving the annual consolidated agreement between the NC Department of <br />Health and Human Services and the Orange County Health Department, which provides State and Federal <br />funds to the Health Department to partially support mandated services and authorize the Chair to sign, <br />pending final review by staff and the County Attorney. <br />h. Bid Award: Tape Backup System Replacement <br />The Board twill consider purchasing a new tape backup system to replace the County's aging tape backup <br />system and authorize the Purchasing Director to execute the necessary paperwork. <br />i. Valley Forge Road Property Lease Rate for Builder's First Source <br />The Board will consider approving the lease rate for property owned by the County at 401 Valley Forge <br />Road, Hillsborough and leased to Builders First Source; and to receive information regarding compliance <br />with the original economic development conditions established in the 1997 lease. <br />j. Dedication of Electrical Site Lightv~g Utilities to Duke Energy for Northern Park <br />The Board will consider approving a dedication of electrical site lighting utilities built to service the Orange <br />County Northern Park, and authorize the Chair to sign. <br />k. Landfill Compactor foi• Orange County Landfill <br />The Board will consider purchasing a Landfill Compactor for the grange County Landfill in order to obtain <br />additional compaction and extend the life of the landfill, and authorize the Purchasing Director to execute <br />the necessary paperwork, and authorize the Chair to sign, subject to final review by staff and the County <br />Attorney. <br />5. Public Hearings <br />a. Northern Buckliorn Commwiity/Central Efland Sewer Expansion Proiect Public Hearing for <br />Preliminary Engineer's Report <br />The Board will consider holding the EPA-required (for State and Tribal Assistance Grant funded projects} <br />public hearing on the proposed project's preliminary Engineer's Report. <br />6.
