16 <br /> REGULAR TAC MEETINGS DURING FY 1992-93 <br /> AND THE FIRST HALF OF FY 1993-94 <br /> The Bingham and Little River TACs have met during FY 1992-93 and the first <br /> half of FY 1993-94. The other TACs did not meet. Below is a summary of the <br /> Bingham and Little River TAC's meet dates and agendas. <br /> Bingham <br /> WHEN: September 1, 1992 <br /> WHAT: OWASA issues dominated this TAC meeting. Questions were <br /> answered about fencing and logging around Cane Creek. Landfill <br /> sites were also discussed. <br /> WHEN: November 10, 1992 <br /> WHAT: There were no items on the agenda for this TAC meeting. The <br /> chairman of the TAC invited the candidates for the Board of <br /> County Commissioners to speak to the residents of Bingham. <br /> WHEN: January 21, 1993 <br /> WHAT: A report on solid waste and greenboxes was presented by the <br /> Public Works Department. The other agenda items were as <br /> follows: <br /> 1 . Airport work group <br /> 2. Update on Rural Character Study and the watershed <br /> planning process <br /> 3. TAC membership vacancies <br /> WHEN: April 22, 1993 <br /> WHAT: The OWASA sludge recycling plant and a number of other issues <br /> were discussed at the TAC meeting.
