Phase B of Section One is zoned Residential-1, <br /> with a small portion in the Protected Watershed of the <br /> Upper Eno River. <br /> The Land Use Plan designations are Rural Residential <br /> and Water Supply Watershed. Adjacent land use is <br /> residential. The most recent (1987) traffic count <br /> information for this portion of Davis Road is 100 <br /> trips per day. <br /> The Final Plat of New Hope Springs, Section One <br /> Phase B was approved in October. In November, lot <br /> 18 was recombined to include approximately two <br /> acres to the west and a portion of lot 12 . The <br /> proposed subdivision involves creating two new lots <br /> (three total) from lot 18 which is now 4 . 14 acres in <br /> size. <br />
