He' noted that criiaria required in the zoning <br /> provisions for the Research Triangle Park include! a minimum building lot size <br /> of eight (8) acres with no more than 15% of theitotal area of a tract being <br /> covered by buildings. She feels the buffer and landscape <br /> requirements in the design manual are too restrictive.
