25 COMPARISON OF DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS — I-40/OLD NC 86 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT AND DURHAM BUSINESS PARK AND RESEARCH ZONING DISTRICTS Within the Durham Business Park and Rsearch Applications zoning districts, the following provisions apply.The provisions applicable within the Research Applications zoning district are modeled after similar provisions contained in the restrictive covenants for the Reasearch Triangle Park.The provisions of both Durham districts are compared to those proposed for the I-40/01d NC 86 Economic Development District.
