2 <br /> Pending a positive recommendation from the TAC, <br /> $3, 160 in PL Funds will be available to Orange County <br /> for FY 1994-95. This would require a local match of <br /> $632 . Proposed use of the funds would be to employ <br /> one or more planning interns to assist in <br /> accomplishing regional transportation planning tasks. <br /> Funds for the County match presently exist in the <br /> "Temporary Personnel Account" (e.g. , planning <br /> interns) . <br /> Approval of the agreement does not guarantee the funds <br /> or obligate Orange County, it merely establishes the <br /> mechanism for transfer of the funds assuming <br /> availability and a local match. <br /> RECOMONDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the <br /> agreement. <br />
