Efland indicated that at one timelhe owned all of this land. <br /> 35 When the line serving the septic system became clogged , he ran the new <br /> 36 line onto property adjacent to the First South Bank , Inc . , property . <br /> 37 <br /> 38 PLANNING BOARD CHAIR CAROL CANTRELL indicated that the Planning <br /> 39 Board will be considering this item on December 20th. She suggested <br /> 40 that Mr .= Efland attend this meeting. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 MR . TROY WOODARD, of First South Banks Inc. , indicated that this <br /> 43 is an 18 acre tract of land, six acres of which are being considered <br /> 44 for rezoning . The building located on this property is currently <br /> 45 rezoned I-1 and the request is to have the ;six ( 6 ) acres adjacent to <br /> 46 this building rezoned to the I-1 designation . The remainder of the <br /> 47 property would remain R-1 . The issue here is that the driveway <br /> 48 leading to the loading dock is zoned R-1 . ; This does not give proper <br /> 49 access to the building 's loading dock . iUSA Dutch President Rita <br /> so Keiser and Vice-President Bob Giggey currently occupy the building. <br /> . 51 Woodard indicated that First South Bank , Inc . would be happy to work <br /> 52 with Mr .
