Butler, a professional engineer <br /> with the firm of Bass, Nixon and Kennedy, Inc. Mr. Butlers' duties are to aid <br /> HUC in determining the improvements necessary to bring the existing North State <br /> Systems into an acceptable working order. <br /> Mr. Butler has worked closely with HUC personnel and local health officials <br /> in making site visits and inspections in order to assess the condition of the <br /> North State Systems. Attached to this letter, is a copy of his findings and <br /> recommendations relating to the North State System serving the Piney Mountain <br /> Subdivision. <br /> At the request of HUC, Mr. Tom Konsler of the Orange County Health <br /> Department conducted an inspection of the system serving the Piney Mountain <br /> Subdivision. Attached to this letter, is a copy of his findings dated <br /> October 29, 1993. <br /> After review of threw two reports and compilation of operating data by our <br /> staff since September 1, 19930, Harrco Utility Corporation formally re=wands <br /> the following repairs and impravenants be performed as a minimum in order to bring <br /> this system into an acceptable working order that can be maintained and operated <br /> with reasonable effort and safety to the operating personnel. <br /> 8601 Barefoot Industrial Road Raleigh, NC 27613 • (919) 782.3440 <br />
