Department of Transportation has submitted a <br /> petition for the addition of Mimosa Drive in Birchwood <br /> Lake Estates Subdivision to the Board of Commissioners <br /> for review. <br /> The Board's decision will be forwarded to the N.C. <br /> Board of Transportation for their deliberation on <br /> acceptance of the road to the State-maintained <br /> Secondary Road System. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the addition <br /> of Mimosa Drive in Chapel Hill Township to the State- <br /> maintained Secondary Road System. <br /> DK15:MIMOSA.DOC <br />
