January 4, 1994 - Regular Meeting <br /> BACKGROUND: In accordance with 153a-42 of the General Statutes, the <br /> governing Board has the legal duty to approve all minutes that are entered <br /> into the official journal of the Board's proceedings. <br /> RECONMENDATION(S) : Remove from the Consent Agenda those minutes requiring <br /> further discussion. Reconsider and approve the minutes for November <br /> 4, 1993 as corrected and approve all minutes not removed from the Consent <br /> Agenda as presented and/or corrected. <br />
