Where an "X"appears in the column entitled "Permitted by <br /> Right",the use is allowed,and plans for the development of <br /> that use will be reviewed and approved by the County staff. <br /> Where the column is vacant,the use is not permitted. <br /> If the letter "A"or '8"appears in the column, the use is <br /> allowed,but only after a public hearing is conducted,and a <br /> Special Use Permit has been approved for the use by either <br /> the Board of County Commissioners(A)or the Board of <br /> Adjustment(B).
