~ `~ Autism Society
`y'" '~'` ~ o NORTH CAROLINA
f
505 Oberlin Road, su;te z3o February 21, 2008
Raleigh, NC 27b05-1345
a 919 743 02Q4 To Whom It May Concern:
919 8b1 2489
www.autismsociety-nc.org
As a statewide non-profit, the Autism Society of North Carolina serves a
diverse constituency. How we present ourselves to our internal and external
stakeholders and the public is of critical importance as we work to provide
support and promote opportunities for people on the autism spectrum and
their families.
Faced with the challenge of limited resources for media relations and
marketing, our organization made the strategic decision to seek out a fum
that we could partner with to expand our public awareness efforts and
branding. The critical characteristics we looked for were professionalism,
integrity, intelligence, and a proven track record. As we evaluated potential
partners, the obvious choice was Ballen Media.
Over the past year we have enjoyed a successful partnership and have
developed a variety of media tools that will help expand awareness of autism
spectrum disorder as well as the services our agency provides. The Ballen
Media team has proven to be creative, energetic, and reliable. No matter
what the question or need, no matter when a response is required, they have
answered the call. Their dedication to client service stands out in the field.
We value our relationship with Ballen Media and look forward to continuing
our partnership in the future. I would highly recommend their staff and
services to any organization.
Sincerely,
~~a~
David Laxton
Director of Communications
