Estates - Historic Properties AGENDA ITEM #1: CALL TO ORDER Todd Dickinson called the meeting to order at approximately 5:05 p.m. AGENDA ITEM 12: CONSIDERATION OF ADDITIONS TO AGENDA Cameron added a newspaper article from the Durham Morning Herald submitted by Pat Dickinson. This item was added under Informational Items (17c) . AGENDA ITEM 13: APPROVAL OF MINUTES - November 10, 1993 MOTION: White moved to approve the minutes for November 10, 1993. Seconded by Allison. VOTE: Unanimous. AGENDA ITEM #4: PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS a. HP-1-93, Maple Hill National Register Nomination Cameron presented the item. She briefly explained the procedures of a public hearing for those not familiar with them. She stated that the public hearing is opened and then the Staff makes a presentation. After the staff recommendation, the floor is opened for comments or questions from the Commission. After the Commission's comments and questions, the floor is opened to citizens for their comments. Written comments can be received and included in the testimony as long as they are provided at the time of the public hearing. Once citizen comments have been made, the public hearing is closed and the Commission will make a recommendation. In this case a recommendation will be forwarded to the Board of County Commissioners for their first meeting in January.
