Estates - Historic Properties <br /> AGENDA ITEM #1: CALL TO ORDER <br /> Todd Dickinson called the meeting to order at approximately 5:05 <br /> p.m. <br /> AGENDA ITEM 12: CONSIDERATION OF ADDITIONS TO AGENDA <br /> Cameron added a newspaper article from the Durham Morning Herald <br /> submitted by Pat Dickinson. This item was added under <br /> Informational Items (17c) . <br /> AGENDA ITEM 13: APPROVAL OF MINUTES - November 10, 1993 <br /> MOTION: White moved to approve the minutes for November 10, <br /> 1993. Seconded by Allison. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. <br /> AGENDA ITEM #4: PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS <br /> a. HP-1-93, Maple Hill National Register Nomination <br /> Cameron presented the item. She briefly explained the procedures <br /> of a public hearing for those not familiar with them. She stated <br /> that the public hearing is opened and then the Staff makes a <br /> presentation. After the staff recommendation, the floor is <br /> opened for comments or questions from the Commission. After the <br /> Commission's comments and questions, the floor is opened to <br /> citizens for their comments. Written comments can be received <br /> and included in the testimony as long as they are provided at the <br /> time of the public hearing. Once citizen comments have been <br /> made, the public hearing is closed and the Commission will make a <br /> recommendation. In this case a recommendation will be forwarded <br /> to the Board of County Commissioners for their first meeting in <br /> January. <br />
