2 <br /> Staff has revised the Design Manual to reflect the Board's concerns. The Design <br /> Manual will be subject of discussion at a work session scheduled for January 10, <br /> 1994 at 7:30 p.m. in the Governmental Services Building Conference Room. <br /> In addition to the changes to the Design Manual,the Board of Commissioners also <br /> felt that another public hearing should be held on the Manual and the Table of <br /> Permitted Uses (included in the Manual).The Board set the public hearing for its <br /> regular meeting on January 18, 1994 in the Community Meeting Room at the <br /> OWASA Administrative Offices in Carrboro. <br /> Approval of the attached notice will permit advertisement on January 7 and <br /> January 14, 1994 as required by the N.C. General Statutes. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the Notice of Public Hearing <br /> for January 18, 1994. <br />
