He said this larger price tag <br /> was due to the fact that a lift station would have to flow roughly 3 miles into Durham. He said <br /> for this reason, the scaled back program and focus area are suggested. <br /> Craig Benedict said staff has met with property owners in the identified northeastern <br /> area to determine interest in marketing their property. He said the goal would be to focus on <br /> interested parties to find out the most efficient way to extend sewer to this area. He reviewed <br /> the map. <br />
