Proposed Oranqe County Parks and Recreation Master Plan 2030 (8:55-9:30) <br /> The Board considered adoption of the Orange County Parks and Recreation Master <br /> Plan 2030. <br /> David Stancil introduced Neal Bench, who is chair of the Parks and Recreation Council. <br /> Neal Bench thanked the Commissioners for all of their appointments to the Parks and <br /> Recreation Council. He said the council is happy to work with staff and has provided input into <br /> this plan.
