Since the UDO was adopted, <br />Planning has brought forward several rezoning <br />(over 400 acres) in urban - designated areas and <br />UDO text changes intended to better encourage <br />economic development activities. <br />• Planning has worked on water and sewer issues <br />and access management in the Buckhorn and <br />Eno.
