BOARD OF ORANGE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS (BOCC) <br />GOALS — 2015 UPDATE <br />FOR DISCUSSIONS PURPOSES <br />25 <br />GOALS/PRIORITIES <br />ONGOING EFFORTS <br />SPECIFIC ACCOMPLISHMENTS <br />Plan with the Town was completed March <br />2013. Additionally, an Inter -local <br />Agreement for Plans Review, Permitting, <br />Inspections and related Services between <br />Orange County and Town of Hillsborough <br />was signed in January 2011. <br />• Durham - An Inter -local Agreement with <br />the City of Durham regarding water and <br />sewer services was approved by Orange <br />County on September 20, 2011 and by the <br />City of Durham in early 2012. Future <br />Land Use Map changes and zoning <br />changes in the Eno EDD area were adopted <br />by the BOCC in September 2012. The Eno <br />EDD Access Management Plan was <br />adopted November 2013. Water and <br />Sewer Agreement amendment occurred in <br />December 2014. <br />• Mebane - A modification to the City of <br />Mebane Utility Service Agreement was <br />brought before the BOCC in June 2012 <br />which expanded the area Mebane agreed to <br />serve with water and sewer service to <br />include the Efland Sewer System service <br />area and additional areas to be served by a <br />pending water and sewer expansion into <br />the Buckhorn EDD area. Orange County <br />has completed over $4 million of <br />infrastructure and transferred to Mebane <br />including the backbone system that serves <br />Morinaga. Presently, consultants are being <br />utilized to conduct environmental analysis <br />and fine tune transportation plans in the <br />
