A Special Use Permit for the Richardson <br />Subdivision (which is also referred to as Antler Point subdivision) was issued on December 2"d, 1987. <br />The Special Use Permit archives (as well as our GIS records) show that Antler Point Road was intended for <br />public dedication to NCDOT for state maintenance and ownership. The Special Use Permit does not show a <br />private road. <br />Instead but a public road within a 60' right of way is dedicated to NCDOT.
