Today they reached a quorum <br />decision in favor of Ms. Paige Zinn to replace current board member Tom Underwood (Core Business Sector <br />representative). <br />Mr. Underwood's term technically expired on June 30th, but he had agreed to serve until the end of this year, when a <br />replacement could be nominated. He is retiring on Dec. 31 from his job managing PHE, Inc. and from his seat on my <br />Advisory Board. <br />Is this the correct procedure for the BOCC to consider Ms. Paige Zinn for appointment to the Econ.
