During that meeting the Board determined to increasethe <br />Manager’s salary five percent (5%). <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />This action increasesthe costs associated with the Manager’s <br />compensation by approximately eight thousand dollars ($8,000)plus other minor associated <br />costs related to benefits. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): <br />The Attorneyrecommendsthe Board approve the amended <br />contract. <br /> <br />
