Public Comments
a. Matters not on the Printed Agenda
Don O'Leary gave a warm welcome to Commissioner Burroughs. He showed the Board
members a book on fluoride, which he loaned to them. He said he has not heard anything from
the County about his concerns.
Cecilia Thompson said her husband died in 2009, and his death certificate was falsified
in Orange County. She said her family has been fighting for 6 years to get this government
document corrected. She said $3 million of her husband's assets were taken, and she has not
been allowed to access documents and property that she has requested. She said she has
been denied access at the tax office and the estates department. She said she has gotten an
order from a judge to have the death certificate corrected, but in the meantime, she was told
that there has been an annulment. She asked the Board to speak with Attorney John Roberts
to request his help with this matter.
b. Matters on the Printed Agenda
