He said a decision can then be made <br />on whether it needs to go to a public hearing. <br />Commissioner Gordon said she would like to see the pros and cons and the possibilities. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Commissioner Price to <br />approve process components and schedule for a government initiated Unified Development <br />Ordinance (UDO) text amendment for the February 2015 Quarterly Public Hearing regarding <br />temporary health care structures, and to refer to staff a request for recommendations, pros and <br />cons for discussion at a future time. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />7. Regular Agenda <br />a. Proposed Orange County Parks and Recreation Master Plan 2030 (8:55 -9:30) <br />The Board considered adoption of the Orange County Parks and Recreation Master <br />Plan 2030. <br />David Stancil introduced Neal Bench, who is chair of the Parks and Recreation Council. <br />Neal Bench thanked the Commissioners for all of their appointments to the Parks and <br />Recreation Council. He said the council is happy to work with staff and has provided input into <br />this plan.
