Limited Opening Plan - Blackwood Farm Park <br />The Board considered a plan to open Blackwood Farm Park on a limited basis to the <br />public, and to review the planned amenities and activities to be available. <br />David Stancil said his staff has been working for much of 2014 on developing some <br />ideas for how to move forward with this park.
