It was also determined that the only <br /> practical solution to this problem was to abandon the on-site treatment portion of <br /> the existing system and the extension of sewer service between the subdivision and <br /> the City of Durham wastewater collection system. In accordance with these <br /> determinations and in response to the petition of the home owners within the <br /> subdivision, Orange County, OWASA and the Piney Mountain Homeowners <br /> Association entered into three contractual agreements related to extending <br />
