Cameron <br /> responded that in the University Lake Watershed a <br /> lot of record as of October 2, 1989, may have up <br /> to five (5) 2-acre lots and the rest must meet <br /> a 5-acre minimum lot size. Cameron noted that the <br /> watershed boundary is the jurisdictional line. <br /> Kevin Huggins, developer, stated that he wished <br /> the County could review the application for the <br /> entire tract. <br /> Brown asked if construction was currently taking <br /> place on the tract. Mr. Huggins responded that <br /> the roads are completed in Phase I and <br /> construction is taking place on seven of the <br /> twelve lots. <br /> Brown asked for a description of the property. <br /> Mr. Huggins responded that it is totally wooded. <br /> He continued that he purchased a total of 85 <br /> acres; a 40-acre tract, a 25-acre tract, and a <br /> 20-acre tract. The 40-acre tract has not been <br /> timbered in twenty to twenty-five years. The <br /> 20 and 25 -acre tracts were timbered 10-15 years <br /> ago.
