The applicant responded that they felt as <br /> if they had the beginning of extensive open space <br /> development for the area. <br /> Howie expressed appreciation for the improvements <br /> made by the developer over the Concept Plan. <br /> Waddell agreed. <br /> The Planning Staff recommends approval of the <br /> Preliminary Plan for University Manor - Phase I <br /> with the Resolution of Approval (an attachment to <br /> these minutes on pages ) . <br /> MOTION: Jobsis moved approval as recommended by the <br /> Planning Staff with the Resolution of Approval. <br /> Seconded by Barrows. <br /> VOTE: 7 in favor. <br /> 1 opposed - Brown - would prefer that the <br /> developer consider the Stoney Creek Plan and <br /> flexible development. <br />
