f <br /> 225 <br /> D.2 Conservation option <br /> For lots created as part of a conservation development, the minimum lot area, lot width, and setback requirements as <br /> specified in Article 4.1.2 of the Orange County Zoning Ordinance shall <br /> apply except as permitted below. <br /> • For each conservation lot, buildable and conservation s_ <br /> areas must be defined. The buildable area must be of -- — <br /> sufficient size to accommodate a single-family detached <br /> dwelling and customary accessory uses, including, but <br /> not limited to, storage buildings and garages,patios and c,,,R„d <br /> decks, lawns, and driveways. �...o.r <br /> 0 The conservation area of each lot; e.g., that portion of 0 <br /> the lot to be preserved as open space, shall include <br /> designated Primary and/or Secondary Conservation <br /> Areas.
