Standards for home <br /> occupations are established generally according to lot <br /> size. Larger floor area and outdoor storage area are <br /> allowed for home occupations on lots that exceed 4 .59 <br /> acres (200,000 square feet) . <br /> The proposed amendment will make clear the intent of <br /> Article 6.16.6.3 by allowing standard setbacks to <br /> apply to accessory structures and storage areas used <br /> for home occupations, provided the home occupation is <br /> not visible from adjacent property and roads. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Article 20 of the Zoning Ordinance specifies that the <br /> public hearing is the time scheduled for presentation <br /> of the Zoning Officer's recommendation regarding <br /> proposed amendments to the ordinance. <br /> Zoning Officer Recommendation <br /> Provided that the Planning Board and the Board of <br /> Commissioners find in the affirmative, the Zoning <br /> Officer recommends approval of the proposed text <br />
