The business <br /> is located in a former farm building on a historic <br /> property known as Sunnyside. The non-residential <br /> use of the property is currently in violation of <br /> the Zoning Ordinance. However, non-residential <br /> use of historic structures is allowed with <br /> approval of a Special Use Permit. <br /> The Baldwin property is located on the northwest <br /> corner of St. Mary's Road and Baldwin Road. It <br /> consists of two parcels (5.14. .21 & 21A) totalling <br /> 56.24 acres. Reba and Roses is located on a five- <br /> acre portion of lot 21. The property is zoned <br /> Agricultural Residential. Other features of the <br /> property include the historic residence and <br /> smokehouse, and a chestnut tree orchard. There are <br /> also beef cattle raised on the property. <br />
