The subject will not <br /> conflict any recommendations on the Hillsborough Thoroughfare Plan <br /> The proposed Oakdale Drive Extension,a minor thoroughfare connecting Old NC 86 with <br /> NC 86,has reserved sections of corridor on both its east and west ends(at Wildwood <br /> subdivision and The Old Mill development respectively). As shown on the attachment, <br /> the alignment of the proposed corridor between these reserved sections crosses Cates Creek north of the <br /> parcel under consideration for amendment.
