under the age of seven (7) which are covered with lead-based <br /> paint which is loose, cracking, scaling, peeling, chipping, and <br /> flaking shall be treated or covered as follows: <br /> (a) Surfaces to be treated must be thoroughly washed, sanded, <br /> and scraped or wire brushed so as to remove all loose, <br /> cracking, scaling, peeling, chipping, and flaking pain and <br /> then repainted with at least 2 .coats of suitable nonleaded <br /> paint. <br /> (b) Surfaces to be covered shall be free of any loose, <br /> cracking, scaling, peeling, chipping, and flaking, and then <br /> covered with gypsum wall board, plywood, drywall, plaster, <br /> or other suitable material. <br /> 3 .11 EXIT REQUIREMENTS. <br /> Every dwelling shall be provided with exit facilities as <br /> required by the State Building Codes. All rooming units shall <br /> have access to an exterior door and exist without going though <br /> another rooming unit. <br /> 3.12 SECURITY. <br /> Exterior doors shall be present and in good repair. Exterior <br /> doors shall be equipped with a properly installed locking device <br /> in good repair.
