The Chapel Hill Town Council has <br /> called for an interim Memorandum of <br /> Understanding; the inclusion of Mebane, Durham <br /> and Orange-Alamance; and further discussion of <br /> outlined issues. <br /> This item was presented at the quarterly <br /> public hearing on August 28, 1995.
