K. OTHER STIPULATIONS: <br /> As noted above, the attached General Terms and Conditions (Attachment A) <br /> Appendix for Contracts (Attachment B) are hereby incorporated in this Contract <br /> and contain stipulations regarding procurement, retention of records, changes in <br /> scope, prohibition of lobbying, non-federal audit, publications, suspension or <br /> termination of grant, standards for final products, equal opportunity, and other <br /> requirements. The Consultant shall comply with all provisions set forth in <br /> Attachment A and Attachment B. <br /> 1. NOTICE TO PROCEED <br /> The contractor will not begin any work on the project until issuance of a <br /> Notice to Proceed from Orange County. <br /> 2. INSURANCE <br /> Contractor shall obtain, at its sole expense, Commercial General Liability <br /> Insurance, Automobile Insurance, Worker's Compensation Insurance (if <br /> applicable), Professional Liability Insurance, and any additional insurance as <br /> may be required by the County's Risk Manager as such insurance <br /> requirements are described in the Orange County Risk Transfer Policy and <br /> Orange County Minimum Insurance Coverage Requirements (each document <br /> is incorporated herein by reference (http://orangecountync.gov/purchasing/contracts.asp If <br /> the County's Risk Manager determines additional insurance is required such <br /> additional insurance shall be designated here (if no additional insurance <br /> required mark N/A as being not applicable). Contractor shall not commence <br /> work until such insurance is in effect and certification thereof has been <br /> received by the County's Risk Manager. Orange County must be included as <br /> an additional named insured as their interests may appear in this agreement. <br /> 3. FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY <br /> The Contractor shall maintain for a period of two years a full and accurate <br /> record of all expenditures, and shall make it available to Orange County for <br /> review upon request. <br /> 4 <br />
